Is Reiki safe for older adults?
Yes. Reiki is non-invasive: no physical manipulation, no force, no strain. It is gentle enough for all ages and conditions. Many of our clients are retirees who find Reiki deeply relaxing and beneficial for sleep, tension, and emotional wellbeing.
Do I need to believe in energy healing for it to work?
No. Reiki works whether you believe in it or not. You simply need to be open to relaxing and receiving. Many skeptical clients are surprised by how much tension they release in a single session.
