Altea Alchemy is a private holistic wellness practice for English-speaking expats and retirees in Altea, Albir, Benidorm, Calpe, La Nucía, and Polop on the Costa Blanca, Spain. Seven services: Reiki, private yoga, tarot, Ayurveda, breathwork and meditation, fermentation classes, and holistic life coaching. Sessions take place at your home, an agreed location, or online.

How much does a session cost?
€150 per session, every service. This is the founding rate — held for the first 20 clients Altea Alchemy works with, then €200 per session. Fermentation classes are €375 for a 2.5-hour session, all supplies included.
Do you offer sessions in English?
Yes. All sessions are conducted entirely in English. We serve the English-speaking expat and retiree community in Marina Baixa. No language barriers, no translation needed.
Where do sessions take place?
We serve clients in Altea, Albir, Benidorm, Calpe, La Nucía, and Polop. Sessions can be at your home, a mutually agreed location, or online. Home visits are available across the Marina Baixa region.
Do you serve my town on the Costa Blanca?

I'm not "spiritual." Is this for me?
Yes. Many clients come for the physical benefits of yoga, the gut health of fermentation, or the practical clarity of coaching. You set the intention. We meet you there.

Is this a replacement for medical care?
No. These are complementary wellness practices, not medical treatment. We work alongside your healthcare provider — not in place of them.
I've just retired and moved to Spain. Can you help with the transition?
Yes, this is one of our specialties. Holistic life coaching is designed for people navigating major life transitions like retirement and relocation. Many of our clients came to Marina Baixa for a new chapter and found grounding through the practice.
Do you offer gift sessions for friends or family?
Yes. A private Reiki, yoga, or coaching session makes a meaningful gift for someone settling into life in Marina Baixa. Contact us to arrange a gift voucher.
